Physical Therapy

Physical therapy (also known as physiotherapy) is a form of physical rehabilitation that is comprised of exercises and techniques designed to help persons develop, maintain, and improve their physical abilities. Therefore, it can aid in the recovery of persons suffering from an injury, as well as help prevent future injuries. However, it is not only for persons suffering from an injury.
