High Line Rehab accepts major medical insurances. If you are covered, we will bill your insurance directly at the time of service. To find out if your plan covers physical therapy, please take a moment to fill out our insurance verification form. We can generally let you know within a day or two if you have coverage. You only need to fill out the fields that have an asterisk next to them.
